Naidu's plea challenges the Andhra Pradesh High Court's order, which dismissed his petition seeking the quashing of an FIR filed against him in connection with an alleged scam related to the Skill Development Corporation.</p> <p>A bench comprising justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi will preside over the hearing on Tuesday. In a previous ruling, the Supreme Court had declined to restrain the trial court from proceeding with a plea seeking police custody of Naidu. It was announced that a new bench would hear Naidu's petition for the quashing of the FIR linked to the alleged Rs 371 crore scam in the state.</p> <p>The case revolves around allegations that Naidu, during his tenure as Chief Minister in 2015, misappropriated funds from the Skill Development Corporation, resulting in a purported loss of Rs 371 crore to the state exchequer.
