<p>Breaking News LIVE: Please follow this space for all the breaking news and latest updates from India and around the world.</p> <p><strong>Delhi Court To Decide On Closure Of POCSO Case Against Brij Bhushan Tomorrow </strong></p> <p>A Delhi court has deferred the pronouncement of order on whether to accept Delhi Police’s cancellation report for a sexual harassment case lodged by a minor wrestler against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh to January 11, 2024.</p> <p>Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Chhavi Kapoor of Patiala House Courts adjourned the matter by saying the order is not ready.</p> <p>The police's cancellation report was filed on June 15, and was not opposed by the complainant during the last hearing.</p> <p>On August 1, the purported victim and her father had expressed their satisfaction with the police investigation, raising no objection to the police's report in the case.</p> <p>They had recorded their statement in an in-chamber proceeding before ASJ Kapoor.</p> <p><strong>Bangladesh’s New Cabinet Is To Be Sworn In On Thursday</strong></p> <p>Bangladesh’s new Cabinet is expected to take oath on Thursday, a day after the newly-elected parliament members are to be sworn in, officials said.</p> <p>“President Mohammad Shahabuddin will administer the ministers’ oath of office on Thursday,” a Bangabhaban presidential palace spokesman said.</p> <p>Meanwhile, Cabinet Secretary Mahbub Hossain said Members of Parliament-elect were sworn in on Wednesday at the Jatiya Sangsad, where parliamentary speaker Shirin Sharmin Choudhury administered the ceremony.</p> <p>The ruling Awami League headed by Prime Minister Hasina won 222 seats; the Jatiya Party 11 seats; the Workers' Party, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal, and Bangladesh Kalyan Party one seat each; and independent candidates won 61 seats.</p> <p><strong>Water Supply To Be Hit In Parts Of West Delhi On Thursday</strong></p> <div>Water supply in several areas in the western part of the national capital will not be available for around 12 hours on Thursday so that the leakage in a pipeline can be fixed, the Delhi Jal Board said.<br /><br /></div> <div>Residents are advised to store a sufficient quantity of water in advance according to their requirements, it said, adding that water tanker will be available on request.</div> <div> </div> <div> <div>The affected areas include Nangloi, Mundka, Hiran Kudna, Kamruddin Nagar, Nihal Vihar, Ranholla Village, Bakkarwala, Rajdhani Park, Friends Enclave, Dichaon Kalan, Jhroda Village, Mitraon Village, Chhawla Village, Jaffarpur Kalan and Dhansa.</div> <div> </div> <div> <div>"Water supply to the areas and colonies will not be available from 10 am to 10 pm on Thursday for attending the leakage at 1,500 mm line opposite Neelkanth Vatika near Karala chowk by M/s NWS Pvt.
