BJP President B Y Vijayendra announced this on Wednesday, calling for the CM's resignation.</p> <p>As per the PTI report, the protest aims to demand the withdrawal of illegally distributed sites meant for land losers and advocate for a CBI investigation into the alleged scam implicating the Chief Minister and his family. Vijayendra added that the BJP intends to address this issue in the upcoming Assembly session.</p> <p>According to reports, Parvathi received compensatory sites in a prime area of Mysuru under MUDA's 50:50 ratio scheme, in exchange for 3.16 acres of her land where MUDA developed a residential layout.</p> <h3>Excise Case: SC To Deliver On Friday Verdict On Kejriwal's Plea Challenging Arrest By ED&nbsp;</h3> <p>The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on Friday regarding Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's appeal against his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam.</p> <p>According to PTI, the cause list for July 12 is available on the apex court's website, a bench led by Justice Sanjiv Khanna will announce the decision. The bench, which also includes Justice Dipankar Datta, had reserved its judgment on Kejriwal's plea on May 17.</p> <p>Previously, on April 15, the Supreme Court had asked the ED to respond to Kejriwal&rsquo;s plea challenging his arrest in the money laundering investigation. Kejriwal is contesting the Delhi High Court's April 9 order, which had upheld his arrest.</p>
