Police sources confirmed that Dr Ghonia was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Initial investigations suggest that personal issues may have contributed to Ghonia's decision. A suicide note was discovered at the scene, in which Dr Ghonia stated that he was ending his life of his own volition and did not hold anyone responsible for his death. The note also mentioned a dispute with his wife, who had left for her maternal home for Raksha Bandhan.

The police have indicated that further details will be provided as the investigations proceed. At present, a case has been registered, and authorities are awaiting the post-mortem reports for both incidents. The police have emphasised that more information will be released once the investigations are complete.

Sources revealed that Dr Ghonia's wife is also a medical professional, and the couple had been experiencing domestic conflict.
